Start your journey with MCFT in the UK at our Head Office in Maidenhead, Berkshire, followed by opportunities in overseas territories (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Philippines, Netherlands, APAC) or within UK expansion roles.
MCFT is continuing to expand across the UK and internationally, and we are now seeking motivated, capable individuals who are ready to step into future leadership and commercial management roles. This structured programme is designed for people with early career leadership experience who want to accelerate their development and ultimately take on responsibility within an MCFT territory team or support our growing UK operations.

UK and International Opportunities

Pathway
We can offer you a, up to, 2 year* development pathway through the business, with a starting salar of £35,000 + excellent benefits. You will have the opportunities to experience multiple departments and gain a real understanding of the business.
*Depending on your experience in multiple departments in the business.
Support Global Growth
Initially you will be based in the UK, gaining experience of MCFT’s core business with an overall focus on Business Development. You will gain good working knowledge across operations, scheduling, finance, commercial activity, customer engagement and people leadership.
Grow as a manager
You will grow understanding how a technical service business operates, developing commercial awareness. Building and leading effective teams and analysing markets and contributing to strategic planning.
Develop operational skills
Your training is designed to give you the specific operational, commercial and financial knowledge required to quickly make an impact—whether within an existing territory, a new market, or as part of our ongoing UK expansion.
University Leavers
We can give you a clear pathway into leadership roles in the UK and Internationally, with professional development plan giving you responsibility to support shape our global expansion.

Deployed to the gulf region as Regional Technical Manager where we grew the technical teams across UAE,QATAR,KSA. Then accepted the role of General Manager in Philippines with the goal of creating a training facility. Brian's Pathway

I chose MCFT because the Graduate Programme provided broad exposure across several business functions, enabling me to explore diverse pathways and identify where my skills and interests would best be applied. I kicked off my career with MCFT back in September 2021 as a Graduate Assistant Operations Manager. Diving into different parts of the business—Customer Service, Procurement & Logistics, and Scheduling. In early 2025 I moved to the Middle East for the next stage of my career. First an 8-week training stint in Dubai, followed by a role as Area Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Now I’m based in Doha, Qatar, working as Development Manager. I’m excited about helping our talented teams grow and shaping the next chapter of our regional journey.
