Support Global Growth

Initially you will be based in the UK, gaining experience of MCFT’s core business with an overall focus on Business Development. You will gain good working knowledge across operations, scheduling, finance, commercial activity, customer engagement and people leadership.

Grow As A Manager

You will grow understanding how a technical service business operates, developing commercial awareness. Building and leading effective teams and analysing markets and contributing to strategic planning.

Up for Adventure

If you thrive on challenge, have leadership qualities or experience, you're entrepreneurial, with a love of languages/new cultures and have experience living or working abroad this programme could be the ideal next step.

Develop Operational Skills

"I joined MCFT as a Trainee Engineer then Engineer, in Team West/South. Worked up over 6 years to becoming Deputy Fridge Team Leader. Grew within the company to Technical Trainer. Deployed to the gulf region as Regional Technical Manager where we grew the technical teams across UAE,QATAR,KSA. Then accepted the role of General Manager in Philippines with the goal of creating a training facility. Now after 3 ½ years being based here we have grown the team to 130 people based in 8 different locations around the country.
