MCFT Customer Service dep[artment consists of a high performing team that excels in delivering exceptional Customer Service by consistently meeting and exceeding expectation.


This team is built on a foundation of strong Commnication skills and problem-solving expertise. They are pro-active in identifying Customer needs, attentive to detail, and quick to resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.


Our team are knowledgeable, adaptable, and empowered to make decisions that benefit the customer, fostering trust and loyalty. A high-performing customer service team works efficiently, with a collaborative spirit, and is driven by a shared commitment to providing outstanding support.


Their ability to handle high volumes of inquiries without sacrificing quality, combined with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback, sets them apart as a reliable and valuable resource for customers. MCFT's Customer Service team acts as a springboard for our Apprentices and Graduates to develop their individual pathways which has led to theirs and MCFT's International growth and success.

"Since joining MCFT in September 2011, Helen started her journey as a Customer Service Co-Ordinator supporting the Operations Team across the business and developed into a Team Leader. With a fast-developing culture within the business and due to her success in the role was subsequently promoted to UK Service Manager.



Bringing a wealth of experience from the Hospitality Industry, previously working as a Catering Manager organising weddings and corporate events, Helen has returned to her roots, 13 years in post keeping a high Customer retention. 

Outside of work, Helen enjoys travel, socialising with friends and family and Theatre."

“Elin joined MCFT in May of 2021 as a L3 Business Admin Apprentice. During her employment Elin has been responsible for Managing our London Customer base and has since been promoted from a Service Co-Ordinator to a Service Desk Team Leader.


She works closely with Helen and her team to ensure a smooth operation of the department and maintaining happy customers. To develop herself further, Elin has recently started her journey to complete a L6 CMI Management & Leadership degree programme.

Outside of work, Elin enjoys socialising and travelling the world with friends.”
