Revenue Specialist / Accounts Receivable - Maidenhead - £25k - £30k per annum + Benefits

An ideal position for a tenacious individual looking to continue or build on their Finance career. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will have a variety of tasks including:

Processing sales invoices and credit notes.
Setting up new customer accounts.
Resolving customer queries.
Sending invoices to customers via email and / or upload to portals.
Managing, reconciling and resolving portal invoice queries / rejections.
Revenue Gross Margin analysis when processing sales invoices.
Review, challenge and approve payroll hours, holidays and sick leave.
Managing parking App’s / Portals for a fleet of 100+ vans.
To provide ad hoc support to finance department where required.

Skills & Experience:

AR / Invoicing experience.
Experience dealing with high invoice volumes.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and organise.
Proficient in MS Office.
Team player.
