Garry Pyper is our Recruitment Manager at MCFT and has been with us since 2021.

Having spent 12 years in the Recruitment industry I decided to join MCFT to work in a team orientated, people focused business. Talking to candidates about our development led culture comes naturally, putting people at the centre of everything we do is something I’m always happy to describe to potential new colleagues and to see that model in action is a pleasure to see.

Away from work I enjoy time spent with my family and friends, I’m an avid Liverpool fan and love to play Darts and Cricket, poorly at best!
