Our Sales Team
Our Business Development Managers are focused on selling our services in specific geographic areas. They take a consultative approach with our customers, preferring to demonstrate a high value proposition and then absolutely make sure that every one of us across the business fully delivers against the pre-set requirements.
Our team includes our specialist equipment sales department, these guys live and breath catering equipment and travel up and down the country to help our clients find the right kit for their needs.
Other members of our team are the
Business Development Executives, who form the administrative backbone to the sales process. They perform a variety of tasks such as producing quotations, ordering catering equipment and generating leads.
Hear from Our People
"I'm surrounded by a solid team which is dependable and knowledgeable, we support each other which makes us a great team and a pleasure to work with. My position is very rewarding as I have the opportunity to work closely with team members, I get to see them grow in their roles. Its rewarding.
I also get to see some wonderful sites and visit some great prospects who turn into existing customers. It gives me great satisfaction watching us close deals with customers, particularly ones that have been a team effort.
I like to think I have some great relationships within the whole organisation, being approachable I consider a lot of my colleagues as good friends.
Working at MCFT has really developed me as a person, providing a lot of on the job training and also external training in key skills, such as a public speaking course, these together have had a hugely positive effect on my performance."

"I started working at MCFT as a Business Development Manager in 2023, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. I can honestly say it’s a really good working environment.
My previous experience was as a Regional Service Manager in the healthcare (both private and NHS settings) as an engineer providing PPMs (Servicing) and reactive callouts to breakdowns.
The experience I have had an engineer, and a Service manager gives me a real understanding of the importance of PPM and the best outcomes for our customers."
