Procurement Officer

We're looking for a Procurement Officer to support our operations by managing the sourcing, purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes that keep our business running efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure spare parts, tools, consumables, and services to support business operations
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery performance
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while negotiating pricing, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and identify alternative sourcing opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure materials are available to meet operational and project requirements
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, reorder points, stock counts, and inventory accuracy
- Track procurement expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare procurement reports and purchasing analyses
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, warranties, and supplier documentation in line with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and audit requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing procurement processes and supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar operational role
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and commercial awareness
- Experience with procurement systems and inventory management
- Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience within commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, facilities maintenance, or technical services is highly advantageous
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
