Requirements for the role

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Maintenance Technician or in a similar role or industry
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  

Key Responsibilities in the role

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with kitchen equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct planned preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of appliances.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and work completed.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues related to kitchen equipment.
