Requirements for the role

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft 360 Product


Key Responsibilities in the role

  • Managing day-to- day HR tasks, including onboarding, record keeping, offboarding and general administration.
  • Data management in internal HR-IT system
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files and training records on SharePoint and HR system
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal HR administration related inquiries
