You can pin "Mission and Values" statements on the walls and corridors of impressive offices – but if they’re not lived by the people, best spend the money on decent wallpaper.

We make a point once a year of re-examining amongst ourselves (at one of our Comms meetings – see below) what we think our customers are looking for, what we stand for, what we enjoy doing – and just why we get on and respect each other.
