Continuing personal development is very much encouraged to fulfil career ambitions and manage performance. Regular one to ones are encouraged for all, six monthly job chats provide the opportunity to formalise conversations in between and for our trainees, reviews are completed in line with their development stages.
Individual development plans to support a faster track investment into a new role or opportunity are also in place, bespoke to the individual and the role they hope to fulfil.
